We are looking for a Senior HR Manager LATAM to join our Mexico-based team to support our Spanish speaking countries. You will have experience coordinating with stakeholders across the company, from other teams, offices, countries, and regions. Responsibilities Work closely with the Head of People to grow, mentor, and develop the HRBP team. Advise local leadership on people matters related to performance management and employee relations. Partner with HR ops team colleagues to create and innovate HR practices. Analyze workforce information and employment issues, as well as provide consultation and coaching to business leadership teams in HR policies and procedures. Work with the local country managers to build an engaging, open and fair culture through culture programs, employee relationship issue handling, and leadership coaching. Detect areas of improvement and work on training and career development. Requirements 10+ years of Human Resources experience. Experience managing HR in Latam countries. Working knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations. Ability to persuade and influence leadership on people matters. Fluency in English is a must.
