And we are better with you.We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team and support the Oceania Region in either Mt Wellington, Auckland, NZ, or Keysborough, Victoria, AUS. You will need to have solid experience and the ability to manage all Human Resources activities for our 2 manufacturing sites.What you'll do:Partner with our General Managers and Leadership Teams at both our New Zealand and Australia business units to execute Sensient's Global HR strategy and ensure a positive employee experience.Work closely with APAC HR Director and the regional APAC HR team to exceed performance goals, contribute positively and impactfully to our businesses, and help one another.Be responsible for Talent Management cycle, including facilitation of annual goal setting, performance reviews, succession planning, employee training/development, etc.Ensure accuracy of HR data and proper utilization of our HR systems. Utilize data to support business operations and workforce planning.Lead recruiting efforts and create new pathways, in partnership with our APAC Recruiter and Global Talent Acquisition teams, to attract exceptional candidates.Facilitate an environment of continuous learning and coaching. Support leaders and employees through employee development initiatives, find pathways for internal promotions, and champion employee growth.Investigate employee complaints, disciplinary incidents, and workplace conflicts as they arise.
