Key Responsibilities:Effectively managing multiple tasks, contributing to project planning, and leading smaller projects.Strong internal consulting and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Provide strategic guidance to business leaders on employee relations, grievance handling, and investigations.Participate in performance management cycles and manage employee engagement.Coach and mentor junior staff members.Maintain relationships with client contacts, ensuring these connections are sustained after project completion.The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
You will be confident in having difficult conversations and be comfortable and excel in building trusted relationships with stakeholders and external clients.
