Queensland Ambulance Service Temporary Full Time $115,732 - $123,809 Plus Super The Senior Human Resources (HR) Consultant is responsible for the provision of advice and support to the QAS region in relation to a broad range of contemporary HR management issues, activities and processes; contributing to the effective management and development of the regional workforce. The role provides a high level of support to the Manager, Workforce and regional leadership team in delivering organisational reform outcomes and ensuring that local regional HR practices are conducted in accordance with relevant legislation and QAS policy. The Senior HR Consultant contributes to the overall future direction of the QAS and supports the provision of quality, timely and appropriate pre-hospital care and transport services to the Queensland community within the region.
