The AO6 is a very important position in our volume recruitment team.

This role is pivotal to the success of front-line recruitment campaigns such as qualified Paramedics, graduate Paramedics, and 000 Emergency Medical Dispatchers.
The QAS provides timely, quality, and patient-focused ambulance services including pre-hospital patient care and related services across Queensland.
The QAS delivers sustainable, adaptive, and responsive contemporary health care to Queensland.
You will contribute to the design and delivery of recruitment campaigns, while consulting with hiring managers and stakeholders on appropriate talent acquisition sourcing strategies.
Reporting to the Executive Manager and Principal HR Consultant, you will be responsible for building hiring manager capability, providing subject matter expert consultation, and hands-on recruitment.
Development and implementation of targeted recruitment campaigns.Manage or provide oversight to recruitment and selection processes within the QAS.Provide advice to management, HR, and staff in relation to terms and conditions of employment, interpretation and application of certified agreements, awards, directives, and policies.Provide support to QAS Workforce Plan, resourcing, and recruitment projects.Provide best practice HR by coaching, training, and providing support to HR Officers and the wider HR team.Experience with Springboard is highly desired.What's in it for you?
