In 2025, we will be fully implementing our HR Business Partner model and making positive changes to enhance how we deliver our services.
As an integral member of the team, you will have the ability to influence and contribute to these changes.To be successful in this role you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to build effective relationships and influence and motivate others.
You will work closely with key stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for our Network.
You will be expected to provide high-quality advice and support across a broad range of HR areas and support our managers in navigating any complex issues as they relate to staff, including change management, recruitment, workforce planning, conflict resolution, performance management, misconduct, grievances, and disputes.
You will also be required to participate in the delivery of some of our leadership programs.The work is fast-paced and varied and will provide the right candidate with an opportunity to build on their existing knowledge, skills, and experience.
