What will your typical day look like?
No two days are the same as you collaborate with local and national client groups whilst working with Talent teams across Leadership and Learning, Resourcing, Global Mobility and Employee Relations to deliver HR generalist support to our Audit and Assurance business.
With a focus on Employee Relations and being a trusted advisor to our leaders, the role also offers the opportunity to support national projects and help deliver employee lifecycle experiences.

You will have: A strong HR business partnering background and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships in a complex, matrix environment Excellent HR generalist skills Confidence in managing Employee Relations matters Strong negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to communicate with leaders at all levels The ability to think strategically and be tenacious, resilient and outcome focused Experience in a fast paced, growth environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver creative and innovative talent solutions Why Deloitte?
