As the Senior HR Business Partner APAC, reporting to the Senior Director People Team Business Partner, you will be an invaluable resource to the executive leaders that support 400 + employees in 13 countries.

What you'll be doing:
Partnering with business leaders at a VP level for business units: Customer Success, Professional Services, and Tech Support within Japan, Greater China, ANZ, India, and Korea. Leading change management initiatives related to the centralisation of the customer support function. Providing strong communication and people management support, ensuring a positive employee experience. Analysing workforce data and trends to advise on talent management strategies. Representing APAC in discussions with global HR leadership, localising and adapting strategies for the region. What you'll bring to the team:
10+ years of cumulative HR experience, including a Business Partner role. Understanding of HR best practices, compensation & benefits, and talent management. Experince working with global matrix organisations ideally within the tech industry. Strong communication, interpersonal, and change management skills. Ability to partner with senior leadership, coaching and influencing decisions. This opportunity is available to candidates based in Sydney or Melbourne - WFH/WFO.
