As they continue to elevate the HR offering to this complex organisation, you will play an integral role in driving contemporary HR business partnering solutions to a large client group.Working within the business partnering team you will report into a high performing and commercial leader who is committed to aligning the people strategy to the business strategy.This organisation is seeking a highly experienced, Senior HR Business Partner to ensure the effective delivery of both strategic and operational HR services across a key client group. You will partner with highly respected business leaders through counselling, advice and coaching to deliver the full generalist remit. You will be involved in a number of HR initiatives whilst managing and executing core HR programs across your client groups.This role is well suited to someone is a curious and passionate HR Business Partner who has excellent influencing skills and is a relationship-driven practitioner.You will be successful in this role if you can demonstrate: Significant experience as a HR generalist in a commercial environmentExperience working within complex, matrixed & contemporary environmentsAbility to build and leverage key relationshipsIdeally experience in partnering with commercially astute clients groups as well as experience within industrialised environmentsStrong experience withing change management, culture and engagementConfidence and well developed consulting and problem solving skillsHighly developed senior stakeholder management skillsExperience in managing typical HR cyclesCan do, proactive desire to provide exceptional service to your clientsThis is a challenging role in a great company and you will be working within a supportive team environment.
