Our site operates continuously 24 hours a day, seven days a week and has a long and proud history, employing approximately 1350 people from local and surrounding communities, who are our most valuable asset.Job Tasks and Responsibilities As a generalist HR professional, you will bring extensive experience in case management/IR exposure coupled with an ability to build strong rapport with all levels of the business. This will set you up for success when delivering culture-based initiatives across the operation that are aligned to and promote our core values and code of conduct. With no two days the same, this role will also require you to:• Partner with Operational leaders to deliver optimal people outcomes for our business;• Coach and mentor HR Team members to build team capability.• Influence and drive cultural change initiatives across the operation.• Complete end-to-end recruitment activities for your respective business units.• Manage, negotiate and influence positive IR outcomes.• Have the ability to challenge the norm and lead by example.Skills and Experience The successful candidates will foster a 'One Team' culture, while promoting the Yancoal Values of People, Safety, Innovation, Integrity and Excellence.
