We are expanding our operations in Australia and are currently recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner.
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in promoting effective people management practices to achieve organisational success. Your expertise lies in building strong stakeholder relationships and implementing HR strategies that address both immediate and long-term workforce challenges.
Through a coaching approach, you will empower leaders to assume greater responsibility for people management, working alongside senior leaders to align HR initiatives with strategic goals. In collaboration with the HR Division, you'll support workforce planning, employee engagement, and cultural change efforts to enhance our constructive and safe workplace culture. Your professional HR advice will be essential in interpreting policies, managing employee relations, and driving organisational change.
In your new role, you will: Have demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role with strong skills in performance management, industrial relations, and case management.Be proficient in building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships, with a reputation as a trusted advisor and business partner.Possess a solid understanding of industrial agreements and the ability to provide advice based on sound analytical and problem-solving skills.Be comfortable working in a large, dynamic environment, with experience in organising and coordinating training activities and events.Have high-level coaching skills and strong planning and project management abilities to handle competing priorities effectively.Show a proactive, customer-focused approach and demonstrate the diplomacy needed to engage with diverse stakeholders.ABOUT YOUYou are a results-driven HR professional who fosters an inclusive, supportive workplace culture.
