The Senior HR Business Partner reports to the Chief People Officer and is part of the People, Safety and Culture team and supports Managers across the Arden Homes and Wilson Homes businesses.
The key focus of this role is to engage with your own client group to work on innovative HR strategies that will take teams to the next level.
More specifically, you will:
Work closely with the business unit leadership team to identify and implement HR strategies that directly contribute to business performanceProvide workforce planning recommendations to ensure future business needs are met, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and organisational structure alignmentAct as a point of escalation for employee relations matters, resolving complex issues in compliance with legal and organisational standardsGuide managers through performance management processes, grievances, and disciplinary actions, ensuring consistent and fair outcomesPartner with Talent Acquisition to ensure recruitment strategies meet business needs and reflect organisational valuesIdentify employee development opportunities and career pathways, collaborating with OD/L&D to design and implement training programs that build skills and address gapsAdvise managers and employees on policy interpretation and application, ensuring consistency across the business unitTrack and analyse key workforce metrics and prepare and present HR reports to the business unit leadership teamAbout you
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values.
In addition, you will demonstrate:
8+ years of experience in HR with a strong background in employee relations and strategic partneringBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related fieldStrong working knowledge of employment law and complianceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProven experience working collaboratively with various stakeholders including senior leadership and specialised HR teamsStakeholder management skills and an unwavering commitment to providing advice and supportInterested?
