Position: Senior HR Business Partner

Responsibilities:
Providing advice and guidance on legislative and policy frameworks and systems
Providing strategic solutions in relation to complex human resource matters, including delivery of employee relations activities
Leading strategic workforce planning and activities
Facilitating talent and succession planning
Qualifications:
We are seeking a talented individual with a proven track record in HR Business Partnering. You will hold tertiary qualifications in HR Management, Business or a related field, and ideally have experience in government within the water/utilities industry. You will need to demonstrate your ability to engage and influence at all levels including having:
SME knowledge and application in HR Management or a relevant discipline
Previous exposure to organisational development, performance management, succession planning and remuneration processes
Experience providing advice on human resource related policies and procedures within a government or compliance-focused environment

A base salary starting from $141,112.92
