As our Senior HR Consultant, you will:Provide high quality human resources advice and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, the People and Culture leadership team and the Chief Human Resources Officer.Contribute to specific projects related to human resources services and initiatives such as executive contract management.Lead and coordinate governance activities and reporting requirements on behalf of People and Culture.Be the central coordination point for People and Culture to manage the flow of correspondence and provide input into documents and feedback by the stated deadline.Prepare and review correspondence and/or reports for review by the People and Culture team and Chief Human Resources Officer.Manage and maintain registers, spreadsheets and document tracking systems to ensure deadlines are met.Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders.Coordinate and track the status of People and Culture projects in an organised and efficient manner to brief the Chief Human Resources Officer.Key competenciesAll employees are expected to role model leadership behaviours.This role requires the leadership competencies of an individual contributor as outlined in the Leadership competencies for Queensland.Vision Leads strategically - Priorities projects and tasks efficiently in line with team commitmentsStimulates ideas and innovation - Challenges the status quo by asking questions to bridge information gaps and clearly define new opportunities.Results Builds enduring relationships - Skills in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Drives accountability and outcomes - Excellent planning and organisational skills to achieve results.Accountability Pursues continuous growth - Demonstrated ability to look for development opportunities and engage in regular conversations.Technical Experience in providing contemporary human resource management advice and working in HR related projects and systems.
