We're looking for a Senior HR Business Manager to join our dynamic team, leading HR strategies that shape the future of our business.This opportunity is for a 12 month fixed term contract.Your opportunityDevelop and implement people strategies in support of the business strategy inclusive of managing any employee relations elements.Partner with senior business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with Nissan's business objectives and drive high performance.Lead through influence and coaching - coach senior leaders to set the tone for the business and constructively deal with issues, and encourage all in the business to own their behaviours and manage situations to be effective contributors.Lead the integration on a range of local, regional and global driven HR processes across performance and development, workforce planning and headcount management and annual merit and bonus schemes.Champion Nissan's culture by developing initiatives that promote employee engagement, inclusion, and well-being.You will bringStrong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation and self-organising skills.Strong conceptual thinking capability with the ability to move from concept to execution quickly and effectively.An ability to manage well in a matrixed organisation both locally and regionally and work quickly amidst changing priorities.Degree Qualified in Business/Management/Human Resources or related discipline (Post-graduate studies preferred).As part of our commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, this role is open to experienced candidates from all walks of life.
