This role is a maximum term maternity leave cover to August 2025, with the possibility for a permanent role. Flexibility options are available - for the right candidate the role can be considered in a part time capacity.
The Role Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer you will be providing strategic HR guidance and support to our leadership team and employees. This is an opportunity for someone looking to utilise their generalist HR skills and expertise in a supportive team focussed on engagement and retention of our people.
What the role entails: Provide HR advice and solutions in line with employment legislation and award obligations Manage recruitment, selection and onboarding with the help of the HR Administrator Guide managers in the resolution of workplace grievances Work with the HR team on strategic projects for improved employee experience and to achieve our strategic growth objectives Develop and deliver programs for employee engagement throughout the employment lifecycle Maintaining the suite of HR policies and procedures, updating content as required Provide remuneration benchmarking and manage the salary review process Manage HR systems, reporting and analytics Provide guidance and support to the HR Administrator as required About You At least 6 years' experience in Human Resources Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a relevant field Proven advisory level experience in a generalist HR position, ideally supporting geographically dispersed sites Ability to establish working relationships through strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Ability to communicate with and influence people at all levels of the business Willingness to travel occasionally if required (domestic) Previous HRIS experience The Company TTW are a professional engineering consultancy employing over 400 staff across six offices in Australia and Asia.
