Our client is a market leading global manufacturing company based in Milperra. Due to consistent growth & an APAC restructure, they are looking for a commercially minded Senior HR Advisor to join the business. The company has a global footprint with advanced technologies that see its product in high demand all over the world. This role has career progression and will step up to a business partner position in the near future.
The Role
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be required to partner with the Australian operation which includes multiple corporate sites across Australia. This is a generalist 2IC role working in a team of 4. Key areas of focus include:

The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years' experience in a similar role within the Australian workplace.A proven background preferably in a manufacturing, engineering, or logistics environment.A degree/diploma in HR or a related discipline (preferable).Blue and white collar experience (ideal).The capability to plan effectively, prioritise, and deliver in a timely and efficient manner.Outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work with people on all levels in the business.The ability to multitask in a highly pressurized environment.If your next move aligns with this position, please apply directly using the link or contact as per below.
