You will work closely with senior leadership to align HR objectives with strategic business goals while supporting and driving positive people outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to either lead and develop a team of HR professionals or take on specialist responsibilities, depending on your skills and experience. Regardless of your focus, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality HR services, managing escalated case issues, and contributing to key projects and initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and resolve escalated case management issues, providing strategic advice and solutions.Prepare materials, deliver cyclic reporting, and support workforce planning and organisational design.Lead and implement key HR projects, such as continuous improvement and standardisation initiatives.Partner with senior leadership to influence decision-making and support change management processes.Support and develop HR team members (where applicable) while driving a high-performance culture.Provide expert guidance on shared services operations, including payroll and HR systems.Balance high-impact workloads, stakeholder relationships, and competing priorities within a matrix environment.The role has the potential to have a team reporting in to you.About YouTo succeed in this role, you will bring:Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a generalist HR role, with site-based HR experience in the resources sector being highly regarded.Education: Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline.Skills:Demonstrated expertise in case management, change management, and strategic planning.Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with HR systems like SAP and Workday.Excellent stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence at all levels.Attributes: Strong leadership capability, flexibility, analytical thinking, and a proven ability to manage change in complex environments.This role is based in Perth and will require all applicants to hold full working rights.
