We are currently recruiting a Senior HR Advisor to going a local Perth University, located South of the River. This is an 18 month contract, working within a team.

The Role
This position is a true generalist position, with focuses on employee relations & case management. This role will also include:
Partnering with line managers to address P&C needsPromoting and planning people activities to create a strong cultureProviding practical coaching and supportIdentifying and implementing improvement measures About You
To be considered for this position you will need to demonstrate the following:
Completion of a relevant degree or extensive experience in the fieldHigh level interpersonal skillsDemonstrated leadership and initiativeExperience within the education sector (desirable) To Apply
