This senior HR advisor will work closely with the HR manager and have a significant impact on the portfolio.
Job Description This role will involve employee life cycle management, including but not limited to:
Providing strategic HR advice to team members and management.Overseeing payroll and pay runs + managing the relationship with third-party provider.Coordinating and managing HR projects to support organizational objectives.Overseeing ER matters, including grievances and some IR involvement.Implementing HR policies and HRIS systems across the portfolio.Assisting with recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.Ensuring compliance with workplace laws, regulations, and visas.Conducting training and development programs for employees.The Successful Applicant A successful Senior HR Advisor will be able to demonstrate:
Experience within a similar HR advisory role.Strong knowledge of HR functions, including ER and payroll.Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.A commitment to promoting a positive company culture.What's on Offer Pending experience, $100,000 - $120,000 plus superannuation.Melbourne CBD location.Permanent, full-time role.Work from home offered, post training and development.
