Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) Contract/Temp In this position, you will support the People Services function with key projects while assisting the People Services Team Lead with our continuous improvement agenda, development, and coaching of the team, and being an escalation point for query resolution.
Note: This is a 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:Identify efficiencies through simplification, standardization, and automation of processing P&C transactions, taking into consideration wider business circumstances.Support the People Services Team Lead by actively leading key People Services projects and initiatives.Manage escalated queries effectively and in a timely manner while coaching and developing fellow team members.Maintain data integrity across HR systems.Identify opportunities to use contemporary communication channels to share information, engage, and interact with TWE team members.Support and mentor team members with complex cases, providing education through training sessions and the use of knowledge management tools.About You:We are searching for a driven and motivated individual with HR Services / HR Advisory experience in a mid/large-sized business who can work successfully as part of a close-knit team.
We are focused on candidates who have worked in a Shared Services / BPO model and who feel at ease delivering in a global and fast-paced environment.
