As a Senior HR Advisor you will have the opportunity to execute your operational and strategic knowledge, partnering with a number of state and regional managers. Focusing on employee engagement, performance reviews, and the employee life-cycle you position the business with agile and robust processes and policies. Duties and Responsibilities:

Facilitate a best practice experience for the Employee Life-cycle journey. Coach and mentor managers in the business to instil strong leadership skills.Provide high level advice regarding employee relations, employee performance, and employment contracts.Develop and revise policies to ensure that are compliant and anticipate future needs.Drive a highly supportive and collaborative culture within the business. About you:
Tertiary qualification in HR or similar discipline highly regardedExperience working in a role that oversaw multiple sitesStrong demonstrated leadership and training skillsExcellent communication skills to build strong relationships Experience in using modern HRIS, LMS, and ATS platforms.
