About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor, to work in a very hands-on role covering all HR functions within a highly regarded HR team.

Duties

Employee engagementBuilding relationships with and advising managers on HR.Building relationships with and advising employees on HR and training and development.HR legislation and policy.Interpret award entitlements terms and conditions in changing workplace and relations environment.Provide onsite support to the recruitment process by assisting with onsite interviews and liaising with Brisbane officeCompiling data and preparing HR reportsParticipating in adhoc HR projects and initiatives

Skills & Experience:

5+ years' experience in a HR generalist roleTertiary or Vocational QualificationExperience with emp0loyee developmentDemonstrable experience with HR metricsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent time management skills and ability to plan aheadAbility to work in a team environmentEnthusiastic and self-motivated attitudeStrong attention to detail
