About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor, to work in a very hands-on role covering all HR functions within a highly regarded HR team.

Duties: Employee engagement Building relationships with and advising managers on HR. Building relationships with and advising employees on HR and training and development. HR legislation and policy. Interpret award entitlements terms and conditions in changing workplace and relations environment. Provide onsite support to the recruitment process by assisting with onsite interviews and liaising with Brisbane office Compiling data and preparing HR reports Participating in adhoc HR projects and initiatives Skills & Experience: 5+ years' experience in a HR generalist role Tertiary or Vocational Qualification Experience with emp0loyee development Demonstrable experience with HR metrics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time management skills and ability to plan ahead Ability to work in a team environment Enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude Strong attention to detail Culture:
