Details: The ACT Health Directorate is a key part of the ACT's health system and aims to improve the health outcomes of people living in the ACT. The Senior HR Advisor within the People Strategy and Culture Branch works in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to resolve workplace matters at the local level. You will have an excellent understanding of Human Resource (HR) policy and legislation and have a record of delivering outcomes focused solutions in one or more of the following areas: recruitment and onboarding, HR reporting and data analysis and the provision of employee relations advice. The Senior Advisor provides consistent, policy-based advice, and works within the parameters of the employment framework to develop responsive and flexible solutions in response to stakeholder needs.
We are looking for team members with a positive attitude and a solid track record of working collaboratively and respectfully to achieve organisational outcomes. This position requires an ability to manage multiple functions and projects within tight timeframes, exemplary knowledge of employment related policy and legislation, and a "can do" attitude.
Qualifications and/or experience within a human resource function is highly desirable.
