This role will be pivotal in driving strategic initiatives to improve the health system capability within the organisation. This role will combine your passion for health data, stakeholder engagement and process improvement to drive system adoption and enable business users within the organisation.What you will be doing in this role……Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build positive relationshipsTranslate business issues into technical enhancementsIdentify and scope potential opportunities to improve and implement solutionsInteract with various stakeholder groups to improve, adjust and communicate process enhancementsDrive and conduct system support, administration, maintenance and scheduled enhancementsDevelop technical and non-technical documentation to be used internally and for external vendorsAdhere to and improve data quality standards aligning with company guidelinesConduct data management, data formatting and incorporating data standards into the appropriate systemsWhat experience will you need……Tertiary education in Technology or similarExtensive experience working within a healthcare/hospital environmentProven experience supporting and enhancing bespoke and complex healthcare systemsStrong stakeholder management experience and ability to support various stakeholder groupsStrong experience with databases, data management and process modellingAbility to project manage from initiation into implementationMUST have strong knowledge of health data and systemsExcellent critical thinking skills and the ability to be proactiveThis role is a hybrid role and will require the successful candidate to come into the office 3 days a week.To be considered for this role, you must be an Australian Permanent Resident, an Australian Citizen or hold a Valid Working Permit.If this position is of interest to you, please click 'Apply' or you can just send your details to ****** specialise in the recruitment of permanent and contract professionals within Data Analytics | Business Intelligence | AI | Machine Learning.
