What your day will look like…. Your day will be diverse and engaging, starting with identifying and addressing any data quality issues that arise, working proactively to improve the accuracy and integrity of patient activity data across our systems. You'll collaborate with various teams to manage information access requests, providing crucial documentation and preparing decision letters. Throughout the day, you'll provide expert support for clinical systems like EDS and The Viewer, assisting staff with training and troubleshooting. You'll also spend time developing reports for clinical audits, data analysis, and activity monitoring to support key decision-making across the service. Your expertise will help guide the implementation of new initiatives, including i-EMR and scanning processes, ensuring smooth transitions and ongoing education for staff. This is a role where no two days are the same, and you'll be at the heart of a critical, service-wide transformation.
