Senior Health Data Systems Analyst

Database Development & Administration (Information & Communication Technology) Are you passionate about making a positive impact within a healthcare environment and enjoy solving complex issues and improving existing processes?
We currently have a role working with a purposeful organisation who is seeking a Senior Health Systems Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will be pivotal in driving strategic initiatives to improve the health system capability within the organisation. This role will combine your passion for health data, stakeholder engagement and process improvement to drive system adoption and enable business users within the organisation.

What you will be doing in this role: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build positive relationships Translate business issues into technical enhancements Identify and scope potential opportunities to improve and implement solutions Interact with various stakeholder groups to improve, adjust and communicate process enhancements Drive and conduct system support, administration, maintenance and scheduled enhancements Develop technical and non-technical documentation to be used internally and for external vendors Adhere to and improve data quality standards aligning with company guidelines Conduct data management, data formatting and incorporating data standards into the appropriate systems What experience will you need: Tertiary education in Technology or similar Extensive experience working within a healthcare/hospital environment Proven experience supporting and enhancing bespoke and complex healthcare systems Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to support various stakeholder groups Strong experience with databases, data management and process modelling Ability to project manage from initiation into implementation MUST have strong knowledge of health data and systems Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to be proactive This role is a hybrid role and will require the successful candidate to come into the office 3 days a week.
