We are looking for a senior tester to really hit the ground running. The purpose of your role is to analyse proposed solutions, implement solutions, solve complex problems and to provide test leadership to assure the quality of the solutions being built.
Working closely with Project Managers, Iteration Managers, Analysts and Developers, as well as other members of the platform and project teams, such as Architects, Environment Management, Release Management and key business stakeholders you will ensure that risks are identified and complex solutions are delivered in this fast paced and dynamic environment.
This position is a permanent, full-time opportunity based near any of our major centres.
About YouThe ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
Experience and working knowledge of GuidewireExperience in AutomationExperience in planning, coordinating and reporting on test efforts for projects.Experience in context-based and risk-based testing of complex business applicationsExpertise in the use of a BDD (Behaviour Driven Development) framework based on Cucumber, or similarExperience in using automation tools, such as; Selenium and Capybara for UI interfaces;Programming expertise in Ruby and Java, or similarExperience in use of databases – Relational DataBase Mgmt.
