How you'll make an impact Audience growth: Develop and execute integrated campaigns to increase the number of benefits members through our partner network.Acquisition funnel optimisation: Monitor, analyse, and optimise the entire acquisition funnel to ensure high conversion rates and seamless customer experience.App activation and engagement: Design, launch, and manage campaigns across multiple channels to increase app adoption rate and ongoing app engagement.Partner opportunities and optimisation: Identify and develop new opportunities for partners to improve benefits adoption with their employers, working closely with sales, product, and partnership teams to create compelling value propositions and marketing strategies.Data-driven decision making: Use data analytics to measure performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimise the sales funnel for maximum impact.Testing and experimentation: Implement A/B testing and other performance experiments to improve messaging, channel effectiveness, and overall campaign results across various segments.What we're looking for 8+ years in growth marketing with core responsibility for commercial, growth outcomesStrong understanding of performance marketing channels, including email marketing, paid search, social media advertising, and app marketing.Highly technical with the ability to communicate effectively with product and engineering teams.Experience in funnel optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve performance.Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners, and a strong preference for clear, concise documentation.What you'll be responsible for Organizational Culture Development: Understand and develop a strong and cohesive organizational culture.
Internal Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand the business and advise on Human Resource matters.
Implementation of People and Culture Projects: Design and implement People and Culture projects to support the organization's goals, and meet compliance requirements.
