In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for:
Statutory Financial Reporting - Prepare annual financial statements, including planning, coordinating inputs, and preparing supporting work papers. Assist with the external audit process.
Preparing Australian Financial Services Licence monthly report for Executives' review and annually to meet regulatory requirements. Reporting on actuals and budgets. Month-end processing and journal entries while preparing key management reports, including the performance and CFO Reports. Preparation of annual financial statements and regulatory submissions and provided ad-hoc support across the Finance team to enhance overall efficiencies. To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a CA/CPA qualification and a financial accounting background or experience in Auditing consolidated financial statements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate diligence, strong organisational skills, and an ability to meet tight deadlines. Furthermore, a high degree of ownership, accountability, and resilience under pressure will be crucial.
