Senior Group Accountant

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role will primarily focus on the monthly and annual financial accounting for the Group and subsidiaries, combined with the day-to-day activities of the finance function.Key Responsibilities Of The Senior Group AccountantAssistance with the Groups Half Year and Full Year statutory reporting.Provide technical oversight and mentoring to Group Financial Accountants.Support the Financial Controller in the consolidation and standardisation of financial control activities to drive efficiency.Provide leadership to the Groups month-end close process, including reviewing the Groups monthly P&L and balance sheet for accuracy and completeness.Work with other Finance areas and other departments to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
