What makes this role exciting: Our business has undergone a transformation, and we're now operating in a new landscape, having recently launched nationwide with a major retail chain. This role offers a unique opportunity to bring campaigns to life from a creative and graphical perspective across all our channels, including paid media, social, web, and email. You'll also play an instrumental role in helping shape campaigns for our exclusive line with a major nationwide retail chain. As part of a close-knit, highly collaborative team, your work will have a direct and meaningful impact on the brand's creative direction and overall success.
About the role: As the Senior Graphics Designer, you'll be responsible for bringing creative campaigns to life across all of our digital touchpoints. You'll collaborate closely with brand owners and the head of media to ensure consistent, impactful visuals for web, app, EDM, paid media, and social. Your expertise in Klaviyo will be essential in developing and executing email marketing assets. This role is key to our creative process, and you'll have the opportunity to leave your mark on all aspects of our visual identity, including our exclusive retail collections.
What you'll bring to the role: Creative vision: The ability to lead and influence the visual direction of campaigns across multiple digital channels.Strong design skills: Adapt design styles and apply brand guidelines across various platforms with attention to detail.Klaviyo proficiency: Experience designing and implementing email marketing assets, with a solid understanding of the Klaviyo platform.Collaboration and independence: Comfortable working closely with brand owners while taking full ownership of projects from concept to completion.Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and embraces change as part of the creative process.Problem-solving mindset: A positive attitude towards overcoming challenges and bringing fresh ideas to the table.Great communicator: Confident in articulating creative ideas and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.Bonus: A passion for fitness and excitement about working with new activewear collections!What you'll be doing: Leading the design of engaging digital content for product, brand, and sales-based campaigns across all channels, including paid media, social, web, and email.Bringing to life creative campaigns for our exclusive line with a major retail chain, ensuring brand consistency.Creating graphic sheets for campaigns to be used across content marketing (posts, stories), paid media, web banners, and EDMs.Working closely with brand owners and the head of media to ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints.Building and implementing EDM designs into Klaviyo for email marketing campaigns.Developing graphics for product placements and collaborating with the product development team on future collections.Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, Communication, or equivalent.5+ years of industry experience, ideally with agency or design studio background.Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Lightroom and AfterEffects are a bonus.Experience in Klaviyo: Essential for email marketing and designing email templates.Video editing experience (highly regarded, but not essential).Bonus: Strong motion graphic design skills.Why you'll love working here: FREE Doyoueven item every month!Hybrid Office/WFH Model: Work from home on Mondays and Fridays, and collaborate in-office on Tues/Wed/Thurs.An inclusive and supportive culture, where your role will play a big part in the brand's success.Note to Applicants: If this sounds like the perfect fit for you, we'd love to hear from you!
