This creates a win-win for consumers, members, and suppliers.About the role:This role will be responsible for creating and implementing designs that effectively communicate our organisation's company vision and brand image.
It collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and visually appealing designs.
The expertise will lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring effective conveyance of our brand message through various mediums.
This role requires attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of design principles and industry trends.Role & Responsibilities:Ensuring systems and processes are geared towards the most effective and efficient production, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design and studio capabilities.Support the design studio manager with workload management.Update and maintain internal databases of designs and other brand assets.Collaborate with marketing and other design team members to align design strategies and artwork from creative briefs.Take the lead on creative and design projects as assigned.Skills & Experience:5+ years as a designer.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, AfterEffects).Basic to intermediate skills in animation.Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout design.Experience in print and digital media, including but not limited to catalogue layout design, marketing and store POS, social media graphics, EDMs, social media, and web animation.Benefits & perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
