Position: One (1) ongoing Senior Graphic Designer Grade 5 position in the Corporate Affairs Branch, Strategic Development and Customer Engagement Division, Melbourne
Salary: $109,730-$132,764 plus 11.5% superannuation – VPS Grade 5
Location: Based in Melbourne CBD, with hybrid working arrangements.

Responsibilities: Design and produce a range of internal and external communication materials.Manage and maintain the production of internal materials and external publications, including corporate templates, forms, Annual Review, assessments, newsletters, brochures, rulings, and web content.Provide specialist communications advice and services to all staff and management, including the Executive.Coordinate and manage the publishing process, including the management of providers, delivery schedule, and branding/style guidelines.Ensure all activities and publications adhere to the Victorian Government Communication Guidelines and related policies.Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure material is accurate, clear, concise, consistent, meets customer needs, and is delivered on time.Who we are looking for: Graphic design skills using the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), Microsoft Office, Canva, and other tools.Experience designing a range of creative communications material (both print and digital), including corporate documents, slide decks, reports, PDFs, brand assets, infographics, and campaign outputs.Excellent communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal) and negotiation skills.Demonstrated organisational and planning skills to manage work and support concurrent projects.Demonstrated stakeholder management to collaborate with others and influence diverse senior stakeholders.How to apply: Submit an application via the 'Apply now' button by 11.59pm 12 November 2024.
