Key Responsibilities Create visually engaging designs for digital and print media, including websites, eDMs, social media, programmatic display ads, brochures, presentations, event materials and moreCollaborate with the marketing, product and clinical teams to produce compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goalsEffectively interpret and execute design briefs from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with strategic goalsMaintain brand consistency across all visual assets and communicationsIdentify and leverage new design trends, tools and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the industryPrepare and present design proposals and mockups to the Creative Manager and stakeholdersManage multiple projects simultaneously, across multiple brands and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines Requirements Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related fieldA minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, in an agency or in-house creative teamProficiency in MS Office, Google Web Designer and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Showcase a strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of work, including branding, digital marketing materials and print design.Excellent understanding of colour theory, typography, content hierarchy and compositionStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsAbility to receive and incorporate feedback into design revisionsExperience in updating and maintaining websites using WordPressAttention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics Desirable Skills Experience with motion graphics, video editing, DesignModo, HTML and/or UX/UI designExperience with email marketing platforms, such as Zoho CampaignsFamiliarity with healthcare or professional services industries Exciting opportunity awaits!
