Senior Graphic Design Officer

Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)This large Queensland State Government Department requires the expertise of a Senior Graphic Designer in a full time capacity for a unique project role as part of their Learning and Development team. As part of the project team, you'll play a crucial role in redesigning, creating and developing visual content for eLearning modules, digital curriculum materials, print resources and other L&D platforms.Responsibilities:Designing visually appealing and effective eLearning modules and digital curriculum materials;Collaborating with subject matter experts to transform complex concepts into engaging visual representations;Producing high-quality graphics, animations, and multimedia content to enhance learning experiences;Creating compelling visuals for print materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and accessibility standards; andManaging multiple projects simultaneously, from concept development to final delivery.Key Requirements:Ability to commence within the next month;Brisbane based, with the ability to commit to 3 days in the CBD office;Extensive experience (at least 5 years) as a graphic designer in a corporate or similar environment;Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.);Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques;Experience with audiovisual production, animation, motion design, and photography is highly desirable;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, with meticulous attention to detail;Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in digital design is advantageous; andA proactive and creative approach to problem-solving, with a passion for continuous improvement.To apply, please submit your resume, portfolio showcasing your relevant work, and a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.Choose from thousands of courses delivered by leaders in education.#J-18808-Ljbffr
