Senior Graduate Architect / Senior Project Architect  8+ years experience Residential and hospitality project experience preferred ArchiCAD experience  Context A&CO is a design agency with a charter to provide the highest quality architecture, interiors, styling, branding and project management. Position Purpose  To manage project phases and plan / oversee execution, to successfully deliver the phase and project outcome which achieves the brief. Working across multiple projects (2-3) with the capacity to provide creative direction with an experienced understanding of the strategic and technical requirements of the project / client to achieve the brief. This role often works closely with a Project Lead who is responsible for the overall project delivery. As senior graduate of architecture / registered architect you will be responsible for the design through to execution of projects, achieving time and cost outcomes for the phase which you are responsible. With a deep expertise in the architectural delivery of a project, through authority submissions to construction documentation and site administration.
