Your opportunity Bupa's ADF Health Services are responsible for providing integrated and seamless end-to-end health services such as primary and occupational healthcare, dental, physiotherapy, mental health and psychology services, pharmacy, occupational rehabilitation, and health administration.
We also support delivery of pathology, imaging and radiology, vocational rehabilitation, hospital, specialist, allied health, patient transport and other off base services enabled by Bupa systems.
We support the delivery of health services to 85,000 Defence Force members and their families across more than 50 locations in Australia.
About the Role We're looking for an experienced GP to join the ADF team at Lavarack Health Centre on a Full-time basis.
As a civilian GP within our Health Centre, you will: Provide General Practice consultations, referrals and health screenings Conduct occupational medical and health assessments for all defence personnel to determine employability and deployability Provide appropriate medical advice to Base and Unit Commanders regarding employability and deployability of individual members Provide advice and support to Base and Unit Commanders on general medical issues such as injury prevention, preventive medicine, disease control and hygiene Provide supervision Medical Officers in accordance with FRACGP guidelines This is an incredible role for GP keen to practice interesting and diverse medicine, or a GP with an interest and passion for occupational health and sports medicine.

About you Please note: you must be an Australian citizen and be able to attain and maintain a baseline security clearance from the Defence security and vetting service.
