The Senior Governance and Reporting Lead is primarily responsible for the development, collation and monitoring of CAT and integrated criminal justice portfolios of programs and projects. This role will also be required to provide project management and governance advice and support to a range of CAT and interagency stakeholders on various project related topics.
Your key responsibilities
In the role you will:
Develop and maintain portfolio reporting services and outputs, including PowerBI dashboards, data analysis, routine and special reports, and governance artefacts or documents.Provide analysis and advice to stakeholders on the recording and interpretation of information, and support best practice processes and evidence-based management of activities and projects.Apply and promote high quality information management and reporting processes, to support decision-making and maintain data integrity, based on quality principles, procedures, policies and methodologies for key governance committees.Assist and engage with governance, compliance, consultation, and evaluation services in collaboration with the PMO team and our stakeholders.Contribute to the delivery of the strategic and operational responsibilities of BTU including implementation of governance frameworks, and secretariat services, including the preparation of briefings papers and reports.Maintain the CAT Project Management Framework and associated standards, methods and supporting templates and tools, including their review and improvement.Ensure project compliance with governance standards and requirements by assisting with the setup of appropriate project governance structures.Perform or support other tasks as directed.Applications will remain current for 12 months.
