The Senior Global Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for providing analytical and data support to the global supply team. This position is based in our head office in Brisbane, with the option to work from home 2 days per week.
Key Areas of Responsibility: Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics to monitor procurement performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Manage inventory core return tracking and reconciliation for the Australian region. Manage the rebate reconciliations for EDL's Major suppliers for the Australian region. Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics to monitor procurement performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor the Business' compliance to EDL policies and procedures. Assist the Strategic Procurement group with the data analysis of supplier bids, contributing to ensuring the best value tendering decisions are made. Assist the Inventory group with the monitoring and analysis of inventory stock movements. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies and optimise workflows to enhance overall effectiveness. Person Specification: High level of personal integrity and respect for ethical practices Supply chain related governance, monitoring and reporting. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Ability to travel interstate or internationally if required Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or equivalent work experience Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior analyst or similar role Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques; experience with ERP systems and procurement software preferred. High level of experience using Microsoft BI to produce interactive reports and dashboards, including back-end system integration. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to undertake complex data reconciliations. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality; ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in using a wide range of techniques to communicate analytical reports and insights meaningfully to key stakeholders given the complexity of business needs and the insights generated.
