As a member of the Technical Delivery Workstream within a Privileged Access Management program, this position will support the delivery and configuration of various non-production and production environments to prepare them for deployment. Collaborating closely with Lead Engineers and Project Managers, the main responsibility is to ensure the timely and efficient automated setup and configuration of these environments, while ensuring optimal resource utilization. Additionally, the role involves ensuring that all build and configuration releases are delivered in line with our Controls. What will you do? Lead the Engineering and Development team as a Scrum Master: Understand the team's skills Manage resources for daily/weekly tasks Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Lead Engineers to ensure efficient and effective delivery according to the plan Responsible for: Monitoring the status and availability of PAM project environments (all Development and Testing environments, including Pre-Production) Managing the versions and ensuring alignment of PAM project environments (all Development and Testing environments, including Pre-Production) Creating and managing schedules for environment releases, refreshes and upgrades (including backups, patches, releases and data refreshes) Management of: Releases, refreshes, and upgrades of environments Maintenance of Release/Environment Calendars Ensuring environment availability according to the project plan, including downtime for releases, refreshes and upgrades Implementing and managing environment access controls Coordinating environment change control with the environment owner and project managers Addressing environment issues by acting as a primary contact for PAM environment owners and interfacing system owners, network/database and platform teams (including defect triage and assignment) About you: Experienced Scrum Master working in a DevOps style environment Experience of DevOps delivery and best practice Experienced Release Manager Knowledge and experience of Environments management Agile & Waterfall delivery – ideally in a hybrid project Experience of working with Jira and GitHub We offer: Prestigious position at one of the world's largest banks Competitive salary with a B2B contract Remote work, preferred visits in the office in Cracow once per 3 months Working with cutting-edge IT technologies Personal growth and development opportunities within the organization Focus on quality over quantity, prioritizing technical excellence Private healthcare coverage and multisport card Referral program and company events Convenient parking, amenities like relaxation and game rooms, bicycle racks and showers for cyclists Our on-line recruitment process comprises of two meetings with hiring managers, followed by an initial phone screening with our recruiter. #J-18808-Ljbffr
