Developers/Programmers (Information & Communication Technology) Full time We're on the lookout for a driven Senior GIS / Application Developer to join our growing team in Wollongong, playing a critical role in delivering our spatial solutions.
This role will lead software development teams and work closely with clients in helping to design Esri based technology solutions.
Working closely with our growing executive team, this position will also play a key role in our expansion of our national business.
With a focus on expanding business in New South Wales, this position will also have the opportunity to travel and work with clients nationally.

Our ideal candidate has experience leading software development projects in the spatial industry and has contemporary Esri product knowledge.
You will be part of a talented cross-functional team of dynamic software engineers and GIS specialists to deliver capabilities that enable our customers to make a difference in various industry sectors.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Crafting Innovative Solutions: Pro-actively crafting and developing solutions that bring business value to challenges faced by customers.Proactive Problem-Solving: Helping clients translate real-world needs into practical, state-of-the-art solutions.Ensuring Optimal Value in Service Delivery: Consultation and solution delivery with configuration first approaches, extended by tailored and customised full-stack application development.Ensuring Quality in Delivery: Establish, maintain and continuously evaluate quality assurance processes and standards across projects.Team Culture and Morale: Play a role in nurturing a positive and supportive team atmosphere, where collaboration and care are the foundations of our success.OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS: Minimum of 5 years' experience implementing Esri based enterprise solutions.Charismatic ability to engage and influence stakeholders to best practice approaches to solutions.Formal tertiary qualifications.BENEFITS & PERKS: GP One seeks to make hard work enjoyable and perks include 5 weeks annual leave, and overtime paid for approved work over a 38-hour week.
