You will learn and develop as you deliver a range of geotechnical solutions in the building, infrastructure, resources and energy industries, locally and nationally.
You will use your initiative and problem-solving abilities to deliver great outcomes for clients, with guidance and support from FSG senior personnel.The role will involve a range of responsibilities including:Project management of a wide variety of geotechnical projectsGeotechnical design, analysis and reporting for a broad range of projects including:Site investigation and characterizationSoil structure interaction (experience in finite element modelling an advantage)Foundation and retention systemsEarthworks and pavementsGround improvementSlope risk assessmentTemporary works design of cuts, slopes, and working platformsGroundwater investigation and analysisUse of engineering judgment in delivering geotechnical solutions under guidance from Senior/Principal Engineers.Development of client relationships and involvement in business development and fee proposals.Supervision, coordination and review of activities carried out by junior engineers.Implementation of company OHSE systems.Benefits and perksFSG offers industry-competitive remuneration packages and a flexible, dynamic and rewarding work environment, within a culture of support and mentoring for our staff.
