The Opportunity We are looking for a SeniorGeophysicist to assist with the acquisition, processing andanalysis of near-surface geophysical data for our clients.This role will work from our West Perth office, as well as Offshore ,allowing you to be front and centre with our project teams.
Typical geophysicalmethodologies include Bathymetry, Side Scan Sonar, Single Channel SeismicReflection, Multichannel Seismic Reflection (such as HR, UHR and UUHR),Sub-Bottom Profiling, Seismic Refraction, Electrical Resistivity andMagnetics.
Responsibilitiesinclude:
Participate in offshore surveys, responsiblefor the acquisition of high-quality geophysical data and the documentationof QC logs Process data by followingand optimising our digital workflows to achieve technically robust models Assess/interpret geophysical, geological and geotechnical data Keep up to date with industry advancements andcontribute to the development of internal geophysical processes, systemsand techniques Provideadvice and guidance to less experienced staff About You Yoursuccess in securing this role will require:
Degree/ Higher Degree in Geophysics, Physics, Geology, Geoscience, Engineering,Geomatics or Computer Science Previous experience in a similar role Good understanding of geophysicalmethodologies Ability toassess/ interpret geophysical, geological and geotechnical data Willingness towork offshore for periods of time How to apply Please ensure your CV is up to date, with relevantinformation clear and succinct.

Salaryrange: $80K – 90K base + super
