About the role
Cystic Fibrosis WA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fundraising Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based in our Nedlands office and will play a crucial part in driving our fundraising efforts to support individuals and families living with cystic fibrosis.
What you'll be doing
Develop and execute innovative fundraising campaigns and events to generate revenue and increase donor engagement Manage a portfolio of high-value donors and supporter relationships to secure ongoing financial support Coordinate volunteer fundraising activities and provide guidance to ensure successful outcomes Analyse fundraising data and generate reports to measure the performance of campaigns and inform future strategy Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to promote fundraising initiatives and amplify the organisation's brand Ensure all fundraising activities adhere to relevant legislation and industry best practices What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience in a fundraising or development role, preferably within the not-for-profit sector Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful fundraising campaigns and events Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate donors and volunteers Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to inform fundraising strategies Proficient in the use of fundraising databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems Thorough understanding of fundraising regulations and best practices Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written What we offer
