About the roleCystic Fibrosis WA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fundraising Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based in our Nedlands office and will play a crucial part in driving our fundraising efforts to support individuals and families living with cystic fibrosis.What you'll be doingDevelop and execute innovative fundraising campaigns and events to generate revenue and increase donor engagementManage a portfolio of high-value donors and supporter relationships to secure ongoing financial supportCoordinate volunteer fundraising activities and provide guidance to ensure successful outcomesAnalyse fundraising data and generate reports to measure the performance of campaigns and inform future strategyCollaborate with the marketing and communications team to promote fundraising initiatives and amplify the organisation's brandEnsure all fundraising activities adhere to relevant legislation and industry best practicesWhat we're looking forMinimum 3 years' experience in a fundraising or development role, preferably within the not-for-profit sectorDemonstrated track record of developing and executing successful fundraising campaigns and eventsExcellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate donors and volunteersStrong analytical skills and experience in using data to inform fundraising strategiesProficient in the use of fundraising databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systemsThorough understanding of fundraising regulations and best practicesExceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and writtenWhat we offerAt Cystic Fibrosis WA, we are committed to supporting our employees' professional and personal growth.
