What is involved in the role? In this busy role, you will be responsible for providing a high level of funding management and administration across all areas of our Commercial Services department.
We are looking for someone to: Carry out claiming processes for all funded services;Calculation and financial management of all client funding arrangements; including accurate data entry and maintenance of financial data in the client management system;Problem-solve and provide specialist advice to staff and clients on matters relating to payroll and funding;Manage & monitor service delivery activities for funding programs.What is needed to be successful? Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work with speed and accuracy;Ability to be adaptable and flexible, and respond quickly to changing priorities and has the ability to work independently;Be a skilled relationship-builder with high-level interpersonal and communication skills;Strong financial administration skills and experience, including budget management;Experience with databases systems and Windows Office applications (intermediate level);A customer service professional who is experienced at exceeding customer expectationsKnowledge of NDIS fundingWhy do I want to work at Spinal Life Australia?
