Senior Fund Accountant, Real Assets - Jersey

Our client, a leading fund management company, is seeking to employ a senior fund accountant to join their Real Assets team based in their Jersey office.
You will be responsible for carrying out routine day-to-day accounting of fund structures under the direction of a financial reporting manager.
Duties will include:
Providing supporting documentation evidencing transactions.Bookkeeping for a complex range of funds and management companies.Preparation of account matters.Reconciliation and proofing of investor reports.Preparing periodic bank reconciliations.Completion of routine audits.Suitable candidates will ideally be fully ACCA/ACA qualified or studying towards it.
Applicants must also be proficient in computer literacy and have sound technical financial services knowledge.
Applications can only be accepted from candidates who are either Jersey born or have a minimum of 5 years residency in the island, or will obtain 5 years within the next 3 months.
