Senior Fund Accountant Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fund Accountant to join our team on a 6-month contract. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reports and providing exceptional client service.Key Responsibilities:Take ownership of the financial reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce insightful financial statements, providing clients with valuable information for informed decision-making.Manage the year-end audit process, working closely with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities, providing clients with actionable insights into their fund performance.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and acting as a trusted advisor on financial matters.Drive process improvements, streamlining accounting procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in financial services or super fund.CPA/CA qualification preferred.In-depth knowledge of financial reporting requirements and regulatory compliance.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Experience managing a team, with a track record of motivating staff to deliver exceptional results.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity.We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, where you will have the opportunity to take your career to the next level.
